I'm sure the amenities would hook a lot of people. I'd rather take a walk in the woods, but if our summers keep getting hotter, dwelling underground may really be the future.

Yeah, it’s pretty toasty. We had a couple days below 110 and it was really nice, but temps are going up again.

Couldn’t you grow trees and other plants underground with grow lights? I like my trees too. Would be cool if they could make a park. Idk about water though. It might be limited.
