There was a plumber out last night to fix the clogged floor drain in the basement.

What was wrong with it that a snake couldn't fix and are the previous owners paying for the plumber?

She is one of the special ones - great personality and a negative PITA rating.

Where is the challenge in that??

It was plugged apparently(With what…I don’t know) and yes they are. I’m so irritated with the owners son. His mother is the most honest person I know and he’s nothing like her.

Brew has a pretty high PITA rating sometimes but I love him anyways and usually it’s just when he’s bored so I’ve been exercising him more and he’s a lot better lol

Getting them out and about definitely helps. Our dogs get daily walks but the park on the weekends is still a necessity.
