Sounds like you're getting a good soaking with all that rain Kelsey. We need some, hopefully it might happen this weekend.

DH and I went out to get a sub for dinner (Jersey Mike's is so good) and then he took me for a tour of his golf course. It was a pretty evening to be out.

We have a Jersey Mikes here. My Youngest DD sometimes gets a sub form them on Cheat days

Does anybody know of any good dishes that don’t burn the out of your hands after microwaving and that won’t break the bank? I just got burnt bad and I’m so sick of it.

We like them for sandwiches. We've had less than great ones from the other sandwich places (like Subway or Jimmy John's), but JM has always been good.

I don't know if other towns do this, but when we moved here we noticed all the restaurants post their Health Department scores by the front door. The JM here has a perfect score from the Health Dept. of 100, it's great to have that bit of assurance a food place takes cleanliness seriously.

Awesome! I’ve never noticed that here but also never looked. I personally love Subway lol but also love Jersey Mike’s.

True! But I wouldn’t expect to need them just from microwaving a plate

And I had a chicken patty lol earlier I had an egg sandwich so this is second dinner because I got hungry again

If it was a ceramic sort of plate, it might be like that one coffee mug I have. One of my mugs is not as thick as all my others, and the exterior can get really hot in the microwave. I've burned myself a couple times reaching in to grab it out of the m-wave.
