I was just on Instagram and saw this account started following me. I reported it and blocked it. It is a scam. Someone has probably fallen for it.

Thank you! I have another appointment tomorrow. This time with my therapist. Im anxious about that.

Have you talked to them SPECIFICALLY about how to suppress your anxiety? It seems you spend more time worrying about things than you do breathing

Sorry, Janie, but I have to correct you. It is Thighmaster, and I have one in the basement somewhere. The dang thing actually worked if I'd have used it more than a week.

Same. I google search their pictures and find they got them from singles sites so I copy/paste them back to them. Busted!

That’s a good idea. The therapist has mentioned some ideas but I keep forgetting to try them. And when I do they don’t work great. I need to ask more. I’m also starting a new med soon for the anxiety so hopefully that will help.
