Good morning to you all!

I got sucked into watching an episode of Extreme Couponing on the tv. Crazy! This college kid got almost $800 worth of groceries for 79 cents. His poor dorm roommate, the kid was stockpiling it all in their shared dorm room.

I've never understood how people do that!
I tried "couponing". I just ended up with a bunch of things I'd never use, and didn't get the things I needed.

I was having a hard time finding actual real food in that haul...a lot of sports drinks, soda and hygiene products. Don't think that's something I'd be spending hours working on.
 
Morning again. The sun is bright but I'm dim. Batteries must be low. Any hoot it seems to be a good sunny day outside and that's where I'm headed once this coffee is in my veins. I'm missing my Honey and Legs. Those two make my day. I think Mr. Muff is coming around too. He is just a little standoffish still but comes along with his buddies that he both ranges with and bunks with. They have had time to fill their crops up with high protein healthy stuff and now can have some boiled egg that I had better not go out without. I know they are waiting to waylay me not far outside the door. They have me trained. Carry on and lay off those sports drinks. I may go out with a second cup of coffee with the boiled eggs. No the pets don't get coffee. It's to keep me from dosing off in the sunshine.

Dosing off in the sunshine doesn't sound like a bad way to spend the afternoon!

Shopping, bah humbug (and that's a general feeling any time of year for any sort of shopping)! Glad your DH goes with you to help.
