so my kids, even tho they are homeschooled, participate in a story contest for PBS kids. It involves creating a story, and then drawing pictures with the story. Last year, my 9 year old won third place in his age group for all of south texas. Pretty impressive.

This year, my 5 year old is eligible to participate.

he hasn't done his pictures yet, but anyone can tell from his plot, and character development, he is ALL boy!!

and the illustrations have begun.

he did all of the original drawing and concept himself, his mama, only outlined the t rex in blacks........

I intentionally cropped the pic to leave his name off.
