I'm doing great. It's the most wonderful time of the year.

Do you have a nice pair of pj's and slippers for the party?

My biggest source of pain are my hips. Bone to bone and the pain runs down the legs. They don't want to risk a replacement so I get injections. Need to find out how often I can get them because I'm ready for some relief now. The meds only take the edge off the pain. Not even close to controlling it.

Hips might be different but for knees my Mom says 4 times a year from orthopedics and two times a year from a PCP.

I get a shot in my left knee every three months although some times I and make it to 4 months.

I need to get one now since I woke up with knee pain last night. It is also getting harder to get into the car.

Good morning everyone! have a wonderful day. I forgot it's Friday and have to take the trash out!

Our trash pickup is on Monday so I have to get the trash cans out on Sunday.

Today is my last day at work before the Holiday break.

I do have to take 7 vacation days to get the two weeks off though. We get 3 Holiday days in December and 1 in January for New Years
