Today is my last day at work before the Holiday break.

I do have to take 7 vacation days to get the two weeks off though. We get 3 Holiday days in December and 1 in January for New Years

It will be nice for you to get a break Ron...enjoy!

Good afternoon every one. One by one little projects are being done. Today I got new roosting bars in 2 hoop coops finished and a nest box taken out that a brooding hen had been using. She was down to 3 eggs yesterday and had none today. If she is going to get eggs again she is going to have to use the new and much better boxes that I can build her a little fence around to keep all the other hens away from her.

I do hope and wish the best holiday season for all. I'm going to have a Merry Christmas with a granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters. The best new year I can have is no more fall or broken bones.
