Morning IM! I've never had jalapeño jelly, is it spicy?

Jalapeno jelly is good with some cheese on a cracker. Doesn't take much jelly so the sugar impact is little.

Good morning. Been dealing with a sick kitty. We decided today it's best to put him down. Through a series of elimination the vet thinks he has FIP, which I never heard of. Kitty is in a bad state and not responding to antibiotics. So I'm a bit sad, but we can't leave him suffering anymore.

Poor kitty, so sorry to hear that. Is it contagious? For what it's worth, I would do the same...never could stand to see an animal suffer.

Hi Debby Not at all, just a little tinge of heat but lots of the jalapeño flavor. It depends on whether you include seeds and the peppers themselves, plus the amount of sugar used.

It’s good on a toasted bagel with a little bit of cream cheese. A not sweet version is great for basting boneless, skinless chicken thighs on the bbq

I just got done with writing notes in my Christmas cards. I swear my handwriting got worse with each one. Even if people can't read my notes, at least they'll know I tried...it's the thought that counts, right?
