Frivolous lawsuits just make us all pay more for things. If no one is harmed, there shouldn't be a lawsuit.

Did y’all know you can sue Hershey for $5 mil because your candy doesn’t look like what’s on the package? Yeah, someone is doing that; talk about frivolous and ridiculous.

I saw an article about that. Maybe someone should sue fast food places for their food not looking like the tv commercials. So ridiculous!
