That’s a lot of sick leave.

We accrue sick leave for the entire time we work here. There is no limit for it.

My vacation hours are capped at 384 hours. I currently have 303 so need to add 81 hours before I retire.

That's how it worked at the company I worked for 33 years. Banking all that time made for a nice payout when I retired.
