The temps are quite nice. It dropped to 36 just before sunrise and we have had a breeze so it was a little too cold for me.

Good morning, Sue! That's a bummer. I would think a good plumber would come out and put some heat tape on your pipes or something like that for you before it turns into a bigger problem! I hope you find someone that can help!
