The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Hi Jen! Is it like this every year? Seems like you've had more than your share of bad luck.
Mmm, yeah some years are more eventful than others. I think putting on so many road miles, hauling a camper, and driving fairly fast, on average, comes at a cost. I don't remember exactly the milage we put on last year, but easily 10-15k in just 10 weeks.

Seems like pickup problems are just part of the shearing run for most everyone. We're probably looking into a new pickup after this since what we're paying in repairs could be going into a car payment instead for something more reliable.

We have another smaller pickup, so I'm not sure we could go get that and use it for some of our next jobs and find a place to stay since it won't be hauling the camper. We'll see.

My mom said she might drive over from Boise, but it's almost a 6 hour drive for her, so I'm going to call her and see what she is thinking.

It's good you have some options to consider. Might be nice to have a visit from your mom, hope it works out!
