Hi Ron, it seems early but you do get warm out there in CA!

We're supposed to reach the low 70's this week with more blasted rain expected next weekend. We're still drying out from the last 5-day rain.

I am sorry about the rain! We will not get much rain from now until about mid October.

Here most houses have AC. The Bay area has a lot less cooling at home. Today it will be in the low 90s in the east bay area.
