I got some individual sized peach & blueberry cobblers made this morning.

The peaches from the local produce stand have been excellent this year.

Bit of a mess here, but things are coming together. Tree down, power surge/brownout, many appliances fried, electrical fire smell in house, but we survived. Power surge strips protected the computer and televisions. Furnace, oven, appliances, 10 light bulbs fried, but the house and inhabitants are okay. Insurance company is making positive sounds about covering costs - hopeful.

My co-worker makes a carrot cake with raisins. It’s more like a raisin cake with carrots. It’s good, but I have to pick out the raisins. She just laughs at me.
