Good morning, Debby. I'm hoping for a terrific Tuesday. It’s going to be 102 here so we will see. I had to bring a hen in for a little while yesterday. She was looking pale and lethargic, but looked much better last night.

Glad she’s doing better.
Yuck to that 102*. We have 5 days of mid 70’s. It’s beautiful today, but it’s smoky, so I can’t open my windows.

Hello! I'm late getting outside and moving fence--the flerd is crying at me! But wanted to wish everyone a nice Thursday!

I think the 4-Hers must be boating because we loaded up the raft last night. Boating sounds fun, but being the one responsible in a group of boaters????? My partner's been working lot this summer, so hopefully this will be the last major work trip for awhile.

Thanks, you too! I was just having a "conversation" with the skeeters, but other than that, the sheep aren't crying anymore. My one little goat boy can sneak under the gate (apparently) so he came and helped. I still have to go hook up an energizer, but it's not the kind of fencing they can really get stuck in, thankfully.

I hope you gave those skeeters a firm talking to about not biting! Nice of your little goat boy to help out with the sheep

I spent quite a bit of time weeding and watering this morning. So of course we just had a heavy rainstorm move though.
