Yes you should have, probably a concussion. That's scary. So many times we should go in, but we don't.

I should have, sometimes men do dumb things like that! I figured I probably had one. Headaches lasted on and off for a couple of weeks!

Thank you! I would rather not have snazzy. It definitely bakes different than my old oven. It’ll take a bit to get used to.

I'm with you. I prefer the easy but great ol oven..and..washer! When we moved into this place, the kids bought a brand new washer. Call me old fashioned but I don't care for a washer without the rotator. Just has a little one, something or another, in the bottom. Soo many different settings. Doesn't use much water unless you set for more. Ugh. I've gotten somewhat used to it, and, it's noisy.
A simple oven and washing machine, they work just fine and dandy. And less to go wrong with it.

I agree, too many functions add to the complexity of them and that sadly does create more things to go wrong with them!

Exactly! I got a new washer and dryer earlier in the year. This set seems to work good. I have had very bad luck with washers. I would have liked a Speed Queen. I didn’t think they sold them around here but I saw one in a furniture store a couple weeks ago. It seemed so sturdy, but smaller than what I have.

They do make them bigger now. This one is big. Has a setting for bulk. That's when you get more water automatically. They have a hean setting. Thought it would get a lot more water. Nope. Not much. I just put all my big stuff in the bulk setting.
Dishwashers. Bought a new one in my ladt home just a couple of years before we moved. Didnt like it. Moved here to an older one. Love this one! It cleans and drys so well.
