The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning, all.

We have an e-learning day today. We got nowhere near what they predicted, thank goodness. I’m looking forward to Friday and Saturday. We don’t have school on Friday.

Good morning DMC! Glad the weather was better than predicted. Sorry you have to do e-learning, I know you don't like it. Hopefully it's not too bad. 💞

Good morning Barry, enough is right! Glad you and the wife are ok.

A town about 2 hours from us was hit with a tornado last night. Between that town and another little one close to it, 19 people were killed. :(

I can't complain about our weather after reading about that. We're at 31* with a few snow flakes flying around, but it certainly could be much worse.
That's just tragic.😢 My son said there were tornado warnings near them too. The town were they live is not in the tornado belt, but there's still always a chance for them to get one.

Good morning Rene, we're good! You have a great day too...are you working on clean up or remodel (or a new project)?
Hubs is out playing golf. He hasn't played for at least a week. I potted some of the tomatoes I started in my AeroGarden. Bushsteak and Cherokee purple. The roots were so long I had to trim them. I still have Early Girl in there, but I'm going to wait a bit longer before potting them. I also started two more varieties, Black Krim & Pineapple.

I will be glad when our remodel is done so I can move my seed starting back into the daylight basement. Although it's been easier keeping an eye on them upstairs.

Now I need to catch up on laundry from the weekend.

Those tomatoes are off to a great start! Homegrown tomatoes are the best.

I'll be planting some grape tomatoes this summer, love to snack on them.
