Thanks for the chuckles while I caught up on posts

CapricornFarm I love the “man eating tiger”!

Jae I am so sorry to hear about your bantam but congrats on the baby quail.

N F C we had 5 children show up so lots of chocolate left for us! While 5 does not sound like much, it is 5 more than I thought would show and not bad for a small town of 1,500 mostly retired people.

Hopefully today my new bff garden guy will be coming with his bulldozer to clear out the last of the neglected garden and also denut the coconut trees. It is going to make such a difference and I will definitely get before and after pictures. Once he has done his bit, the rest I can handle myself and things are definitely starting to look like someone does actually love the place

We have several hours until dark here for Trick or treaters. We may have a lot this year...we will see

Nah, we tried that in previous years and apparently pumpkin guts looks very similar to a hand grenade or other lethal explosive device if you are a bantam chicken

The compost bin enjoyed the guts though

5:32 pm here, and I haven't heard any trick or treaters. Of course the door bell hasn't worked for years.
