Nope, they are seedless, although every once in a while there's one or two. Maybe one in every 10 oranges has a couple. Hit them with the tip of the knife and out they pop!

I'd be more inclined to eat oranges if I didn't have to do all the messy peeling. But then that's why I usually get clementines instead, they're a lot easier to peel.
