I have no experience with hatching, hope you locate the eggs you want. And I've never attended a poultry show, bet they are fun.

One of the nice things about being a project manager is being able to move threads to a different forum. A thread popped up from 2015 onto the new members forum that was about black sexlinks and not a new member introduction. I moved it to the breeding and genetics forum.

Debbie had just posted on that thread too asking why people were replying to such an old thread.

I wonder if that thread was moved to the wrong forum when BYC moved to the new Host?

My goodness that Liberty is a gorgeous bundle of cuteness!

I've commented on the odd new member threads but I feel so guilty that I don't comment on each and every one.

I peeked in the incubator thinking the first Button might have hatched by now only to find an enormous baby staring back at me! I'd put a few Coturnix eggs in there and only one from the first lot developed so I did add a few more eggs, 2 of which have developed, so it won't be alone. This first baby wasn't due to hatch for 2 more days! It's been named Colossus. I'll post photos when the kids are off the computer! It'll be funny seeing it next to the Button chicks when they decide to join the party!
