It is going to take a lot of work to repair the damage!

Yep, it is!

It has been declared a Disaster Zone and therefore qualifies for government funding and assistance to clean up.

We are still cut off from major cities to the north and south [Cairns and Townsville] but hopefully that will be resolved mid next week with supplies able to come in.

We have had three or so emergency declarations recently: Fire in Sonoma, Fire down south, Dam spillway failure and boulders in mud flow destroying houses.

The Dam is almost repaird

Why did that post twice?

Don't feel bad as it's happened to all of us....

Thanks! I was going to burn that chair as it’s starting to rot from the sun but will hold onto it a bit. It is a very comfortable rocker so I can see why she likes it.

She is soooooo cute....

The girls and I saw that a couple of weeks ago. I did think the battle scenes were sometimes too close up, couldn't tell who was who! Saw Wonder Woman a few months back.

Like the Battle rhino and the general? ;)

That's one thing I like about super hero movies on the small (tv) screen - you can see the action better. I found that with the Transformers movies especially - they'd put so much effort into their transformations but your eyes couldn't take it all in on the big screen.

Those rhinos were very well done and I LOVED the general!

Good Morning Friends :hugs

Sorry Blooie .. bad Teila! :smack

Great pics DMC!

Usual Sunday for me .. finish housework, try and get back in to Ingham for the weekly groceries and to check if hubby is going to be able to go to work tomorrow, then pottering.

Some pics from the flooding. Snakes and crocodiles are now a problem, swimming in the flood waters  The water is slowly receding but now there is the issue of the smell and mosquitoes. The residents have not lost their sense of humour and good spirit.

Those are some crazy photos! Is any of that really close to you? Yikes about the snakes and crocs - plus there'll be all the critters that have got out of the way of the flooding looking for somewhere to shelter.
