EX-TROPICAL Cyclone Iris is fighting for her third life as she gains strength moving up the Coral Sea.

The Bureau of Meteorology warned there was a moderate chance the system would redevelop into a cyclone.

The latest tropical cyclone advice indicated there was a 20 to 50 per cent chance of Iris coming back for her third life on Thursday…..

Iris is a Zombie Storm!
 
NZ is getting hit with a good storm at the moment. The temperature is supposed to take a dive tonight. There's snow down country and Taranaki had tornadoes! We've got a lot of rumbling thunder at the moment and we've had a bit of rain but it's mostly the wind which is supposed to reach gale force by tonight. I just hope the power doesn't go out (due to someone driving into a lamppost - that's the usual cause) as I have the incubator going and one set of chicks that really need the heat. We do have a fire so I can get that going if worst comes to the worst, and it will definitely be going on tonight. Winter is coming!
