That is a great picture!Finally caught up again! Your chickens sound happy in their new home, Kelsey. Glad the change over wasn't too traumatic for them.
We have some banana palms flowering in our garden and Mr Tui came to drink the nectar this morning so that was a bit of a thrill. I took some photos through the kitchen window so they aren't great, but it was wonderful for the kids to see him so close and thankfully he didn't seem to notice us. Usually he's on the highest branch he can find chortling and honking away to anyone who will listen. The poor banana palms are pretty tattered at the moment after all the wind we've been having recently.
