Finally got enough coffee in me, I think I can type

Had the day off work yesterday and spent most of it reading a book and napping. Sooo nice to relax! Today is errands and all the stuff I didn't get done yesterday.

Please, any advice about ridding my small lawn of grubs - . In 48 years haven't had any. Why now???

An armadillo!

Or a couple of skunks!!

Oh well, just another day closer to time to close the place down for the season. We only have 79 days left to be open (not that I'm counting down or anything ).

Armadillos love them. Get some of them to work on it. They leave lovely round holes where they dig them up.

I never had any luck growing alfalfa. Might try it here though.

I've got 60 acres of alfalfa. A little bit of timothy mixed in for good measure.

Armadillos love them. Get some of them to work on it. They leave lovely round holes where they dig them up.

Skunks will aerated your soil nicely as well and are terrific grub exterminator.
