Morning all!
I called the county this morning. Although I haven't received the permit yet, but I was told that I'm good to proceed!

Speaking of cold, I just looked at our 10-day forecast...only 1 day in the 80's, the other 9 days in the 70's. The nighttime temps will be in the 40-50* range. The old timers around here are talking about an early and long winter. They say we're over-due.

It’s 62* here right now. We just got another 3/4” of rain.

Y'all killing me here, in the mid 80's here at night, 103 to 105 daytime.

i did it too when i was young, have to admit tho, was a tomboy then , sprang both ankles, had to crawl to the house, sent my nephew to tell momma to come get me but she didn't believe me, that sand sure was rough on the knees

no, the next time i was playing touch football with the gang and one big and i mean big guy tackled me and spang my knee, like i said, was a tomboy in those days, never say die
