We have a contract on a house in Casper! Should be closing around the 1st week of November

It's a 1950's brick ranch, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, hardwood floors in most rooms, fenced back yard, detached garage. It needs some attention (maybe more than we currently think right now) but it's a cute one!

We're going to work on it this winter, at least all the indoor stuff. The outside stuff can wait until spring.

Originally we tried to get a house in Cody, but the one we bid on was lost to someone that was buying the house with cash. Cody is where we ultimately want to end up, but for now, Casper works!

Yes they will eat it, especially any young plants that might sprout up (good excuse to get goats - I've always wanted some). I think the fencing may need a little improving before we get some though.
