thanks deb, my own fault, hit something and it went ca-pooie, kept telling me, when i could get it to come on that the fan wasn't working but its working now, like top have drove me crazy not being able to get on and read

We used to have Velve not sure how he spelled it - from Finland, Kdogg. He was always talking about Finland. You've been a member for so long - maybe you remember him.
Believe he started his own thread called the "Cold Folks home." If I am giving credit to the wrong person- someone please tell me and I will apologize.

Veve is right.... he and his wife/girlfriend split up and he moved on.

Try house hunting on your own. with less than 100 k purchasing power in a median price of 400 K... And wanting LAND.

I keep finding all these places that sound really great or maybe even have a few good reviews on one site but then I Google more and find out all this other awful stuff lol thought I had it down to a couple but then those ones got so so reviews and one even said one of the maintenance workers robbed and murdered some older woman when she caught him robbing the place so that’s out FOR SURE. Idk if it took place at the complex but if they hire people like that, it is no place I want to live. Granted, this review was from like 11 or 12 years ago but still. Some others about bugs, mice, heat and AC problems, elevator and laundry machine problems, at lots of places but I guess that is what happens when you are looking at cheap places and all buildings from like the 60s or 70s lol BUT the good news is I think I finally found 2 that have really good reviews and star rating despite there being a lot of reviews for them cause almost all the reviews are good. So that’s a plus aha

Unfortunately I don’t remember but then again I never really interacted with very many people back then. But I’ve always thought Finland would be a cool place to live. Don’t think moving out of the country is really an option though.
