See what happens when I try to talk before I've had my coffee?

I might have to bake something today!Hi DMC, we're having another snowy & windy day here too. I had planned on going to Casper today but with these conditions, I'm staying home.
Hope you enjoy your day off!

Ohh...I still miss seeing all of those different birds, especially the Cardinals. I used to live in VA. Stephen City, and Winchester. Moved here from Winchester. Just had a flock of geese fly over the other day. Silly geese, they were flying north...lol..we're getting snow a lot this month. We see hawks often. Hear an owl occasionally.. Bald eagles in the mountains. We have the cutest little chickadees, house finches, and of course those house sparrows. Oh, and in the spring we have quail run through our back area just a talking away.We get a good variety here. Sparrows, nuthatches, flickers, tufted titmice, cardinals and others. We hear Canada Geese daily and see Bald Eagles and hawks regularly. We hear owls hooting in the afternoon and evening.
Of courseI baked a pound of bacon, does that count?
I like doing it this way, keeps the mess down and I can have a stash of cooked bacon in the fridge for sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes, etc.
I use my NuWave for bacon. Splatters are contained. I have a hankering for a twice baked potato now.Among the missing.

I eat a eat a lot of bacon, sausage, meat in general. Been on the keto diet since August. Holy cow! It works! I can't believe how much better I feel. Boy, I needed to lose that weight. Only 1 lb. away from my goal weight. I'm thinking, I can stay on it a bit longer. Wouldn't hurt.![]()
They could be "locals". I didn't realize that some Canada Geese flocks migrate south for the winter and some "migrate" in a much smaller area all winter. Read that in an article last year.Just had a flock of geese fly over the other day. Silly geese, they were flying north...lol..we're getting snow a lot this month.
