I've spent all day cleaning and sorting. We have the last inspection on Monday (to make sure everything is as it should be and we haven't been putting holes in the walls). Tomorrow (Sunday) is the day we will be taking most of the birds up to their new aviaries.

We'll keep Chilly, Hawkmoth and babies inside in a cage until Wednesday when we make the big move (with dog and cats and stuff - and kids - thankfully my parents will be helping too). I'm slightly nervous about leaving Chilly unattended while we are away all day, having moved them inside, but I'll put them in the room they used to be in so hopefully it will be familiar territory. Fingers crossed we won't come back to plucked babies. Our other pair will be a bit lonely for a few days but it is only for 3 days. Hopefully they'll forgive us and my sister and her kids will go up and check on them.

Not sure if I'll get a chance to take any photos of these little cuties tomorrow but here are some cute ones from today:

Love baby cockatiels. I used to hand feed babies like that.

Thank you Bob:hugsI enjoy baking and I like to give it away. If I had to do it for a living the stress would definitely take the fun out of it.

There were a lot of things going on locally so very good turnout. It went until 7:00. We left at 5:30. I told the daughter if they didn’t sell to take them home with her and her comment was they’d sell and I should have made some for her, love that girl! Oldest son saw the pies and said if he’d seen them there would have been 1 less to bring in...Sorry about his luck!:lol:
