Good morning all!

We could counter and ask a little bit more but we're ok with it as is...it will be enough to pay off our mortgage and have some left over. The real estate market around here is super slow (I've seen some of the same places for sale since 2013)...I'd rather take a bit less and get it done quickly. These seem like nice people...husband is military, they both have family in the area. They'll make good neighbors for the other families around us.

Sure, I could try to get a bit more but DH and I are ready to go!
