Decaf is just brown water - don't kid yourself. Everything in moderation, including moderation

Good morning fellow nut jobbers!

A bit of a foul up yesterday while I was in the middle of that last post...DH was crawling under the house and accidently cut the cable while I was mid-post. Probably just as well the way that conversation was headed. Glad to see you all managed to carry on just fine.

We signed the contract last night and now just have to wait for an inspection and all the piles of paperwork to be done. Closing should happen no later than middle of June (hopefully sooner).
