My weather has been gorgeous for a change! Think we may finally get some rain over the weekend though. I can do without it personally.

Yep NFC, hatch is over. These were just a few eggs that I added to a previous set because fertility was low in the other set. Only had 7 eggs, the 3 lavs hatched fine, but ny 4 mutt eggs died late. I think they need extra low humidity. They were way too wet still. I may have to try some of them by themselves. Still have 10 in the incubator on about day 10 though. :)
The gal that is buying these 3 lavs is picking them up this evening. I hate to see them go. They are soooo beautiful.

How's the packing coming along?
 
WV, those lavs were beautiful chicks...maybe you should hatch some for yourself?

As for moving progress, today could get interesting. DH decided to load a rental truck and drive a bunch of stuff out to WY. Apparently U-Haul has fouled things up as to size of truck and time of pick up. I expect a fireworks display.
 
Thanks, I have the parent flock to these chicks, but I should keep a rooster to replace mine. I may end up with one from the ones still in the bator. Or I have a friend that hatched some of my eggs, we're pretty sure she has an extra male.

So he is going to drive a load and you drive one too? That's a heck of a way to move that far, but you gotta get there somehow! Hope they didn't make him tooooo mad! :/
 
Well I lost another long multi quote.... I hope they get the glitches with this phone and apps figured out.
I was trying to post a pic and phone froze...... I actually think my pisd poor Internet is most likely to blame.
Hi guys.... Yesterday was a good day.... Woke up with some breathing issues today bit not to awful.... I was trying to post a pic of where I was fishing..... Not a beautiful river like most of my upper peninsula is.... It's a big dam.... But hey that's where the fish were.
The next trip I make will be to one of the pretty forest type rivers we have and I'll get pics....WV.... Like your camp pics.... We call them camps here too... Wish I had one.... Most here are handed down on the family and being I have no family from here......
 
NFC...I always love the pics of your yard..... You All keep sharing a pic of two here and there.... It's nice to feel like you are part of someone else's world..... It just makes our relationship here a little more personal..... I'll throw more pics up as well... When my crappy Internet allows... I actually think this site is difficult to embed pics
