The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Well I finally heard back from the doc that did the x-rays & lab work 3+ weeks ago.

She said it's possible I maybe/possibly/probably have a small crack in my left tibia and should be wearing a boot or using crutches. She wants me to see an ortho doctor.

I'm hearing this now? :th I was so mad I couldn't really even talk to her.

So right now I'm babying my leg and am hoping the new doctor on Monday is better.
so sorry debby:hugs:hugs
that sounds like one stupid and not so good dr, thank goodness you're getting rid of her

hey I got my paring knives and rubber gloves and my Roaste sesame seeds.

LOL did you know Swiss Army knives also makes butchering knives... for now I have a new Birds beak paring knive a regular paring knife and a serrated paring knife.

I also ordered a boning knife but that comes in a later delivery.

LOL the gloves are silicone and heat resistant Helpful to me because they protect my fore arms. Hard to cook sitting in a chair without buring my arms on the rim of the pan.

Cant wait to get the boning knife... I have a bunch of chicken I want to bone out. Its a small six incher less intimidating for me. they all have sterilizeable handles so they can go in the dishwasher.... Yay.

The Roasted sesame seeds are for the hummus in a jar recipe... that container needs to go into the refrigerator.

I am bringing in Red to the kitchen... so want tools to coordinate.... ::Snort::

Untill I can purchase an Ikea Kitchen the Craftsman Toochests will have to do. And work table
