Beautiful sunrise Sean!

I agree 100%...nothing much prettier than a sunrise or sunset.

I started my plans yesterday. Between packing and sorting out canning supplies I have pretty much filled the house with boxes.

I have to pack up My Jewelry supplies as well. its all in the kitchen surrounding the dining room table. I bought book boxes for that job. They are smaller so once filled wont be too heavy. I have about Thirty plastic containers filled with fifteen each smaller containers filled with stones. About the same in wire... And Tools...
Once I get those packed I am moving my canning supplies to the shelves... Jars mostly

Going to pack my pots and pans not needed as well as kitchen utensils I got about nine days till I start prepping for Thanks giving.

Its going to be simple Half a Turkey, Home made Cranberry Orange sauce, Stuffing, Gravy, and some sort of veggie mashup... either potato, rutabaga, or Sweet potatoes... Oh and Ghee which I need to make today.

Its soo simple to make Ghee... it takes twenty minutes.

Last year I burned my first batch and Jared it up any way. When it went into the container it was almost black... when it cooled down It was Grey. I tasted it and OH MY Gawd was it good. I used it to cook veggies because it was a bit too nutty and a strong hint of caramel.... If you fast forward to the last few minutes of the video it will show you two jars one like I made and One that she made in the video.

By the way I still have some left of the brown, about two tablespoons full, and its still good after a year. Kept on the kitchen counter. No canning just clean spoon every time. and a good lid
