Over the 55 + years we've had 6 'house' dogs. Most were 'family' dogs. The German shepherd was mine, and the despicable poodle was the Princess's. The beagles love anyone who will feed or run them.

One of those tiny poodles, or a standard? My husband had a friend he went hunting with. The guys wife got a standard poodle and it was a hunting dog right along with the Labs.

Besides being old and achey, I am doing well. I used to go on reading benders, read a book a day.

Yes, NFC, that is before I did the quilting and embellishment. I am getting close to finishing. It is a wall hanging, so close to the size of a baby blanket. Fun to do a small one after working on king sized monsters!
