Hi Debby, yes for a bit anyway.

I've decided to keep that little Nn rooster I posted on my thread yesterday. We need to add a roost to the mini coop and then I'm scrubbing both coops and sanitizing them. I'm going to move that cockerel and all the hatchmate pullets to the mini coop tonight and start training them to roost there. I can send Igor shopping for his lunch needs but I'm hoping we can get the dogs to the park at some point too.

What about you? Other than going stir crazy?

That was a good looking little NN guy, glad you're keeping him!

DH is going to try to get home today. He was going to come home yesterday but the highway was closed due to drifting/blowing snow. So if he gets home, I need to bake some bread for dinner...if he doesn't get home, I'm taking a nap. How's that for a plan? :lol:

That sounds like a plan lol. I'm sorry your hubs couldn't get home yesterday, I hope today he has better luck :fl I always enjoy time alone, but it is nice when the man comes home again.

I cook mine on medium so they have a chance to set up and when it looks firm around the edges I get the spatula right under the center and gently flip. It’s still plenty runny but the bottom has to be set good.
