Back from the trip to the house. No broken anything No stolen anythng well except the shotgun.
So Rita is Chicken Little and the house wasn't broken into at all?? Glad you found nothing amiss, hopefully the shotgun is at the neighbor's. All that worry and heartache for nothing.

I see today where they’re still clearing the wreckage, Debby. Wonder if the melting is helping or hindering that job....

BTW, a silver and white small Pit Bull was ejected from the windshield of one of the trucks....She’s friendly, probably scared, cold, and hungry. Her name is Cleo, or Cleopatra, and she is the joy of the family. The owner was injured and is (was? May have been released by now) in the hospital in Rawlins. Searchers are looking for her. I just thought if she got to the Sinclair exit and followed it, it wouldn’t be a stretch for her to end up in your area. So if you spot her, you can just call the Highway Patrol. This poor family is so devastated, both by the accident and losing Cleo. I don’t know if she got that far,or even headed your direction, but an extra pair of eyes can’t hurt. Thanks, Debby.
Hubby and I watched a couple videos of that accident....unbelievably terrible!

Refresh my failing memory, who's kid is she?
Nice pictures of you both :D

Lovely man your brother

That's great, I'm sure she is feeling a lot better without the excess weight.

Due to the tornados?
My brother was spoiled , since he was the baby and almost died when he was about a year old.

and I got my son to take a picture of me to share on a dating site. That shirt is one I wore when I was almost four hundred pounds... It could be a short dress now.

Hey, Cap, remember when I hatched 9 Silkies and got 9 roosters? :he That’s when I retired the incubator!!

Bruce, Maddy is Jamie’s daughter. Jamie is our grandson we raised. She’s a little spitfire!

Deb, I’m so glad things aren’t as bad as they initially sounded! Are you still going to try to replace all of the sliding glass doors? I know full well what you were talking about, having that much sun coming in when you live in a desert!

I will not get chick fever. I will not get chick fever..... Everyone’s new quail and chicken babies are giving me the itch! But I have 11 chickens now and I do NOT need anymore!

Thanjs for looking out for Cleo, Debby. Hope they find her soon!

wait....wait.....I lost track of who I was answering. Shoulda done the quote thing!! Oh, yeah. Gorgeous carrots! And I can even eat them!! I just lI’ve them roasted or cooked in with a big old beef roast! Can’t eat them raw, though. I just can’t chew them!

I know we need to get out there and clean the coop. But these ladies have never been out in the yard yet, and I don’t trust Fiona as far as I can throw her. I’ve seen her go after squirrels! She’s faster than they are! They aren’t venturing too far from the trees anymore. So the coop is going to have to wait until Ken and Kenny can put up the dividing fence back there before we start letting the chickens out. Then the girls can have the back area behind the coop, and Fee can have the rest of the yard. The stoopid squirrels will just have to take their chances.

Well, tomorrow is recheck day. So if you have a minute, how about praying hard for even a little increase in GFR. I don’t need to get back to the 60s, but up to 30 would be loverly! Appointment is at 1:40.

Well the national weather service has officially classified the tornado closest to me as an EF4. Pictures are starting to come in, looks like I have to find a different gas station at least for a while.
