7 more, two looked iffy at lockdown. The rest may take a while more, the one that hatched is a bantam. I heard peeping from the eggs though.....I am so excited!

Oh, I don't know Chris...he has that rugged, bad boy look to him that appeals to some girls, lol.

Not exactly eye-candy eh? the poor boy

His only saving grace is that he is a mix between a commercial dual purpose bird and a local chicken. I have some dual purpose hens of the same breed so meat and egg production should be good from his off-spring.

All he needs is a cigarette behind his ear and a tattoo on one leg and he'd be a lady-killer that's for sure!
