Which, given the example of the town in Italy where 45% of the non symptomatic residents tested positive and were capable of transmitting the disease, is a big mistake. Testing only those sick enough to go to the hospital is an even bigger mistake.
Or, as usual, just add it to the national debt. What's another 2 trillion dollars?
