It does! I feel so much better. It's a wee battle with hubs but I do it while he's working.Doesn’t it feel good?

I hope they hatch soon!I have found some chicken chicks to be friends for my little one and only that will hopefully hatch.I contacted the lady who runs the Northland Poultry Club and she wouldn't usually have chicks at this time of year but she had an OEGB hen sneak off and make herself a nest and she's currently sitting. She'll let me know when they hatch. She thinks they've got about a week or so to go. She has no idea who the father is (she mostly has bantams with a couple of large breeds, but all the breeds she has I like) so it'll be fun to see how they turn out. We adore our 2 OEGB hens, even though they aren't friendly (we bought them as pullets).
My Muscovy babies continue to make me wait. I can see them all pressing up against the membrane (all still moving) and a couple look to be internally pipped. I'm hoping we'll see some action tomorrow.
I'm off to bed soon so I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.
Enjoy your mornings and I hope the weather is being kind to you. ☀
It looks nice!Hi Sue, you also!
I got my bedroom done. I did laundry all day yesterday as I had the day off. I’m trying to get pumped up to do the other room today. I don’t enjoy painting

I wore pants instead of shorts one day this year in January.Hi Debby. Yes, all our days will be hot until at least September, maybe October. Shorts during the holidays isn't unheard of.
I see you're still decluttering. How goes it?
I'm SO behind with my greeting everybody it feels like I'll never catch up. But I'm trying![]()
That's awesome! After several years of trying to find just the right thing to send my mom for Mothers' Day, I think I did it!
She loves flowers. But not purple flowers, purple was my sister's favorite color so all her funeral flowers were purple and that just makes mom sad. And she's killed every non-purple flowering plant I've sent her and that makes her sad. I've sent her fruit before but this year she doesn't want anything edible because she thinks she'll get the virus from it...which would make her sick AND sad.
But this year I found pink & white lilies in a metal milk can (she grew up on a dairy farm)! And they'll get to her on May 10th, right before Mothers' Day!
Yay and whew!
