I get it, I'd probably be about now. Considering the heat, delayed arrival and a couple of crummy eggs maybe those 2 will surprise you and they'll be tough little buggars.

Here in AZ about 40 minutes from me. They are going to have to plant some trees and drag the yard for weeds and scrub but there's a fenced area for their dogs and plenty of room for the pig and chickens.

It's a good start. Honestly, I was concerned about the boy there for a bit but his girl has put him on the straight and narrow. I really like her in many respects.

good news from the boy, they are under contract for a house on 2 acres. Inspection is Friday and then appraisal, hoping to close early June.
