There was a thai crock pot dish on Delish that called for coconut milk. Got the milk finally and the recipe was taken down. I never printed it... It wasn't a curry dish and looked good, but oh well... Now I have the milk if it ever shows up again.

It seems like everything you find online for Thai recipes has to do with curry right now.
