Good afternoon bakers. I got my sourdough starter out to feed so I can try the baguette again Friday. If I mix and knead early in the morning it should be ready to bake by the time I’m off work. I’ll be looking for some Dutch process cocoa and espresso pwd this weekend so I can make these in a couple weeks
