I'm just now finishing the English muffins using the recipe you have in the spreadsheet :D
Like you, I rolled and cut. Used an egg ring since what we use the muffins for most is "breakfast sandwiches". Plus I don't have a cookie cutter big enough! They are coming out better this time, I lowered the heat on the pan so they aren't getting burned like the first time.

Good day all, off to work on outside projects in the warm weather - 48°F!!

Good luck on your hatch. I locked down a bator full of polish eggs, so nothing to do but wait.
