That's good! DH use to be the messiest coming home, unloaded everything from his dusty pockets on the counter or table then with kids, it became apparent that keeping things clean was impossible...
"Cleaning house with kids is like brushing your teeth and eating Oreos."
But then now I like it because it gives something to do
How are the cats? Are they liking the new space?

Some of my favorite things to make are brownies, scones and meatloaf

A clean house and kids...I think it's impossible to have both at the same time! I used to keep this poem posted on my fridge when the boys were little:

I really like that picture, too. Sometimes, we need something up to remind us like mental notes.... "the dishes will be there tomorrow".
