Walking down memory lane might be a lot more pleasant if I didn't keep stubbing my toes on some of the not-so-pretty stones I have dropped along the way. Can't pretend they aren't there, can't move them out of the way, and can't continue the stroll without wincing a time or two. Guess the best thing to do is be grateful that I didn't carry them along the whole way, and do my best not to gather and drop any more of them.

Nah, I can't even spell that let alone be one. My uncles and aunt have, one by one, "friended" me on Facebook. They are my biological father's 11 brothers and 1 sister, We'd lost touch since I moved out here, so it's kinda nice to be able to catch up. Uncle Ron has been posting photos of the family and Linda and me, photos I've never seen before, and it's been such a hoot to see them. That started a day of that memory lane walk, and that brought on a little wave of melancholy over some of the things I've done that I'm not quite so proud of. We all have some stones along that walk, I know. Fortunately as quickly as the regrets rolled in they rolled right back out so it's all good.

I haven't touched my book in so long I'm ashamed to say.....I'll either finish it or I won't. Simple - and as complicated - as that!

So, if Fridays are now officially appointed and the other 6 days are DW days, when do the guys get to fit in sick days? You know, a sick day....that week long day!

You do Facebook! I honestly feel safe here but would never touch the Facebook thing

Life is full of regrets, all we can hope for is that the good outweighs the bad IMO my biggest personality flaw ( among many

others may notice) is being a "ruminator". Usually minor things most folks just get over, but I cannot just forget even the small things

About the book - you have had quite a lot going on in real life lately to worry about the book. If it is meant to be, then your book will send you a calling.
