My kids never liked going to my mother in laws place, she always put them to work and never said please and thank you.

I was lucky to have 2 sets of great grandparents. Lost them all around when I was 12-14--they died in their late 60's. hope my grandkids tell good stories about us

That's exactly what I want to avoid. I want my grandkids to have many fun memories of me... so I'm spoiling them rotten to the best of my ability

Anyone have a reverse osmosis system? When we dug our new well tests came back that we have arsenic in it. Our old one probably did too but we don’t know for sure. We are looking to get an under the sink system.

Wow ! arsenic ? Just curious is that from old gold prospecting, refining ? Be careful arsenic builds up in your body . Make sure you get the correct filter elements to remove it .

The painting class was so-so. The instructor seemed to spend 1/2 her time chatting with another student (apparently she's friends with that gal's mother) and the other 1/2 of the time drawing small figures on a white board while she talked with her back to us.

Oh well, just one more session with her then I'm done!
