Happy Birthday, Sunflour!

Thanks, but you shouldn't have spent so much time baking the cake

Love the sewing theme -

Just realised we have not had a post today - now we have

Hope you all have a great start to the week

Off to a slow start...actually slept in today, all the way to 7am!

Yesterday's UW tournament kicked my behind but it went well. And it's good exposure for the course. The top 4-man team won a 2017 membership to the course so I know we'll see those guys next year

Sunflour, hope you enjoyed every minute of your b-day and your DH is feeling much better!

Have a good Monday everyone!

HI Ken, do you think your hatching is still viable after the power outage?

Wonder how late your cats would let you sleep if you really wanted to stay in bed? Buddy will only let me sleep til dawn :)

Hi, SF - honestly not sure if they will still be viable. I plan to candle the two that were viable to see if there is any more development in a few days. It was only a test, just to see if my little roo was managing to get his leg over to be honest

- I did check fertility of eggs, but had mixed feedback, so i just set from girls that I had seen him "mate" with. He's a brown leghorn and most of the girls are a lot bigger than him - if they decide its no dice, then they just walk off - he can't pin 'em down

Oh, the poor little fellow - must be quite frustrating.

For him or me ?!?! I paid top dollar for the little git and paid for air transport to Nairobi! He'd have gone a long time had he not cost me an arm and a leg

I meant him, but sorry he hasn't worked out after all the trouble you went to to get him.

Maybe you could "polish" his wattles and the gals would like him better?
