Yes’m, they’ve been pretty frequent lately, I’ve been off work the last three days with one that just wouldn’t go away.

Sorry to hear that. Do you think getting over-heated the other day could have triggered it?

I don’t think so. I’ve noticed my sensitivity to heat is fading with time so I’m just making sure I’m well hydrated before I go outside. My headaches have increased in frequency over the last few months so probably my body has adjusted to the maintenance drug. I’m going to try a different allergy med too, I’ve been on Zyrtec for a long time, I’m up to three a day, and my headaches are often accompanied by sinus issues and are more frequent/feel worse when I struggle with allergy season.
