Good afternoon all. I spent a couple hours at the docs office today but for the first time in three days I don’t have a headache. Or, not much of one anyway.
Yes’m, they’ve been pretty frequent lately, I’ve been off work the last three days with one that just wouldn’t go away.Are your migraines bothering you again IM? Hope the doc is able to help you.
Sorry to hear that. Do you think getting over-heated the other day could have triggered it?

I don’t think so. I’ve noticed my sensitivity to heat is fading with time so I’m just making sure I’m well hydrated before I go outside. My headaches have increased in frequency over the last few months so probably my body has adjusted to the maintenance drug. I’m going to try a different allergy med too, I’ve been on Zyrtec for a long time, I’m up to three a day, and my headaches are often accompanied by sinus issues and are more frequent/feel worse when I struggle with allergy season.
Oops, getting doubles today.
